Why do people believe that only a few only an elite group of professionals is able to stay in the creative flow for hours on end? The truth is anyone can do it with a little practice. Creativity is a skill and like any skill, it can be developed to achieve the results you desire. And the converse is true too — if you don’t use your “creative muscle” it will wither and die. But don’t be alarmed, there is good news. With a little practice, you can do enter and exit the flow state on command.
